wierd dll error

wasn't to sure where to post this but everyonce in a while
i get a dll error that pops up and can not tell wht
program it is assoiciated with any help would be
appreciated..
exception occurred while trying to run C:\WINNT\system32
\msg121.copy.dll",Umonitor"

Probably spyware - Google gives me 109 hits for msg121.dll.

I get the same message. I'm trying to troubleshoot other network
related problems as well. I thought it might be related. Post back if
you find or solve your problem.
