Hi,
Open a command prompt (Start > Run > cmd and then use cd to change
directories and get to the parent directory)
Open task manager (right-click on the taskbar and choose task manager)
and with it close windows explorer (Choose it in the 'processes' tab)
On the command prompt, type del nameoffile.extension
Open a new task in task manager (on the 'applications' tab') called
explorer.exe
That should get rid of it.
If still no joy, boot to the Recovery Console and remove the file
with the command del

Thanks v much, ad-aware has removed many files.
But it was not able to remove the file msg121.cpy.dll
I tried to delete the file manually, but not able to as it is"used by
another process" even though i have closed all running programs and browser.
