Error

Hello,



Can anyone gave me some advice, the following message prompt appears when
working on my PC:



An exception occured while trying to run
""C:\windows\system32\message\msg121.cpy.ll",UMonitor"



When this happens I close this prompt message down, and it disappears,
however sometimes a white box is still left on the screen, and the only way
to close this down is to use Ctr-Alt-Del and close down the process
'Rundll32.exe', then the white box closes.



I would appreciate any advice.
