msg121 broken link HELP

Hi everyone...

I have a problem with my Iexplore.

I get the error Message:

RUNDLL An exception occured while trying to run
"c:\windows\system32\msg121.cpy.dll", UMonitor"

Well, I serached in the Internet, and everyone says that the best way
to fix it is following the link

Well, this link reports the error 404 'this page cannot be found'
So... Can anyone help me by telling me the content of that page, or
maybe a link where a I can find that information?
