when starting/booting my pc, i get these messages
DLL error C:\Windows\system32\wdbclnt(2).dll

UMonitor C:\Windows\system32\guard.tmp

the system is unable to run either, nor am i able to gain access to them

You have spyware. I suspect VX2.cc.

If not installed download Adaware and / or update Reference file from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
and use it to remove parasites.

Hope this helps.

The scan worked great to remove the original RUN DLL errors.
This ad-aware program works better then the one I had previously.
But now other RUN DLL errors are emerging...

....\arl(2)(2)(2).dll "UMonitor"
and
....\cQbinet(2)(2).dll "UMonitor"

I'll be running the Ad-aware a few moe times after rebooting my pc everytime.
Hopeflly this will work better.

Thanks for the help!

Sorry to piggyback on Renaldo, but I've clicked New and Question seven times
without getting a response from the program.
I made a mistake with my graphics program, and thought a System Restore
might undo it, which it did, so I saved the change. (Aren't I smart? ;-)
But when Windows restarted, I got 2 error messages:
[1] "rundll32.exe - Bad Image
The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\drnecaum.dll is not a valid
windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
Just like MS, there is no help provided for following their instructions.
[2] "Error nloading C:\WINDOWS\system32\drnecaum.dll
%1 is not a valid Win32 application"
Your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
