help me with thi error please

Every time I start up my computer I a message that looks like this:"The
system DLL user.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run
properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32|HHCTRL.
OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor
supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL." Then the little ok box.
I donno what program is causing this nor do I know or understand why. Any

Have a look at this MSKB article:

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you receive an error
message when you start the computer: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"
