system dll user32

hi all i need help turned on the computer an had this message apper?

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run prplerly. The relocation occurred because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied the address range reserved for
windows systems DLLs. The vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a
new DLL.

I dont no what any off this means i hope someone can help me work through this

Beginning a few days ago, mouse clicks that sometimes took 3 to 5
seconds began to take a full minute. And my HD is thrashing all the
time. When I decided to try restoring back a few days, I lost my
wireless connection (Airlink CardBus PCMCIA). This is a wireless
connection that has run for at least 2 years. When I finally tracked
down QCWIZARD.EXE and tried to run it, I got the same error message
that is mentioned in KB935448.
c:\program files\think pad\connect utilities\qcwizard.exe
When I looked at an inventory I took the day before Christmas,
here is user32.dll
c:\windows\system32\user32.dll 577,024 03/02/2005
Here is user32.dll today
c:\windows\system32\user32.dll 564 KB 03/08/2007

I attempted (TWICE) to dnld the 935448 patch. Once directly from
KB935448 and once from download center. On each occasion, I
received the following message...

The download you requested is unavailable. If you continue
to see this message when trying to access this download,
go to the "Search for a Download" area on the Download Center home page.

Please help!

I forgot to mention. I am running Windows XP Home on a ThinkPad
laptop. I believe I have all updates. In fact, I was just
automatically updated with KB925902 in the last hour...
KB925902.log 13 KB Text Document 4/3/2007 2:33 PM
Thank you very much for your help,

Keep trying......the error message that you're receiving may be due to heavy
traffic, as there are numerous people experiencing the "Illegal System DLL
Relocation" problem.

Patti,

Any idea what caused this to happen ... I have the same
identical message and cannot get resolution to the problem

The reason is in the Cause section of MSKB article #935448

You're welcome

Was the problem resolved after rebooting?

Thank you patti,
This did the trick. Strange enough the problem has been intermittent and
getting worse until the DLL error would not go away and I could not make any
wireless connections. I tried reinstalling all the IBM driver and still not
success. The patch is downloaded at the second part of the link you provided
