Help me with a DLL issue I think

When I turn on my computer and it boots up and then I select the admin user
I get this error:
"The system DLL user32.dll was reloacted in memory. The application will not
run prpoperly. The relocation occured because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for
Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a
new DLL." If I click the ok box everything seems to run fine. I don't know
what caused this or even what program is causing this. Can anyone help?

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you receive an error
message when you start the computer:
"Illegal System DLL Relocation"
