I recently had to reload XP and the drive letters on the cd-rom came out as
J: because I had other removeable devices plugged in.
I would like the drive to be E: how do I change it.

Right click 'My Computer' and select MANAGE.. ok, look in the left side
panel of the window in front of you.. click on 'Disk Management'.. now
select the drive for the 'letter' change and right click again.. select the
option to 'change drive letter and path'..
