Widnows XP Remote Desktop

Does Windows XP Remote Desktop (not the actual client, but the OS) provide a
way to map printers from a host connecting with the Remtoe Desktop
Connection? I have already verified that the client has the PRINTERS
checkmark box checked on the RDC client. But, when looking at the event
logs, I do not see any TermServer events when the client connects.

thank you,

Chris

Yes, Windows XP Pro, the host computer for RD, supports Printer Redirection
via remote desktop.

Whether this actually works or not, is dependent on a number of things, such
as the kind of printer it is, the kind of connection it uses to the 'client'
computer or its network.

Thanks. This will help, as the source printer is using a TCP/IP port, not a
local LTP or COM port.
