Wide screen view caused in error - Please HELP!

I'm volunteering for a small charity and I don't know which keys I hit on the
keyboard, but the result is I've got a stretched view with black bars across
the top & bottom of their screen.

Have checked under properties - resolution is 1152 x 864 pixels.

Everything is stretched looking - and Word, Excel, email all open in this
view. Can't view whole pages - have to scroll up and down, sideways.

Can anyone help me fix this problem please? I feel pretty badly about
messing up the organization's monitor!!

What type of monitor, CRT, Flat panel, Wide screen flat panel? Did you
try the Reset button on the front of the monitor? How about the
Vertical Height buttons?
