Why would a person's schedule show "No information" for meeting re

When users try to create meeting request and look at a person's schedule 2 months in advance it shows as "No Information". Why would this happen?

I'm running XP and Outlook 2003 with exchange 2000.

How far in advance are you publishing free busy? Default is 2 months.
