Why won't Outlook remember my Favorite Folders in the Mail pane?

Every time I start Outlook the Favorite Folders in the Mail pane reset to
"Inbox" and "For Follow Up". I have to re-add other folder shortcuts every
time I start Outlook. Is there a way to save these shortcuts?

I have the same problem. Every time I close Outlook, my Favorite Folders
disappear and I have to move them in again.

If you've had answers offline, would you mind sharing them with me?

Mike, no I haven't found a solution yet. Outlook just doesn't appear to save
favorites. If I ever find the answer I'll let you know, and if you should run
across the answer please let me know too.
