why wont my outlook open

when i try to open it it says cant find default email folders and when i
click it shuts down i have not even set it up yet i just barly installed it i
tried to uninstall and reinstall but still wont work

first you have to create a profile (account)

it will not stay open long enough for me to start a profile

Then create a profile through the Comtrol Panel-Mail function.
