Why won't it work?

The guy that I bought my computer from disabled almost everything...updates,
games, system restore.......how can I get them to work again? I don't know
how to fix it!

Go out and purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP
and perform a "Clean Install".

Hi,

Did you receive a Windows disk with the system, or is there a recovery
partition with the Windows files?
