Are you asking for some help, or demanding it?

Why so many !! and ?? - sheesh!

First thing to do is go to the tools menu in Windows Mail>options>send tab>
and set your news sending format to Plain text.

HTML is not welcome here.

Now tell us EXACTLY what the problem is please Jarod, when you try to make
an email.

If you get any error message then select it, right click, copy. Then right
click, paste>into your reply to this thread.

Your mail provider should have a Web page with instructions. If they don't
have ons for Windoes Mauk you can use the instructions for Outlook Express.
