I need help setting the windows mail up

I have a yahoo account, an outlook account and a hotmail account and I cant
get any of these to work. Please help me with this. The outlook is not on
my computer and I use it for school. The regular yahoo account is my normal
and the hotmail is an old one that the message reads they no longer support
hotmail. My computer wont let me send stuff unless this email account is set
up HELP. My email is (e-mail address removed) if you can help. Thanks!

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail
access only, no POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not
webmail. There are two Yahoo solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:

If you want your Hotmail account to work, you will need to upgrade to
Windows Live Mail. It is free: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

"Outlook account" does not tell me who the mail provider is.
