For the Hotmail account, you don't. It won't work with Windows Mail.

For the Yahoo accounts, you pay extra:

They haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, so you use
their instructions for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail
instead.

I don't know about tds.net. You may have to ask them for
instructions for setting up to use their email servers. The instructions
are probably somewhere on their web site.

will handle Hotmail accounts:

I'd really recommend that you quit Windows Mail and install Windows Live
Mail. Works great with Hotmail, etc and if you're familiar with Outlook
Express, Live Mail is better and similar in function. I installed it
recently and it works great.
