Why won't all of my animated graphics move in FrontPage?

When I place an animated graphic in table in FrontPage, usually after it is
saved it no longer is animated. WHY?

Make sure that you import the animated image into your current open FP web prior to inserting it on
your page. Then make sure your browser is set to shown animated graphics.
