why when using outlook 2000 forwarded emails will not send attach.

when I use Outlook 2000 emails, when have attached files will not send
attachments. Same issue occurs when I forward received email or resend my own
with attached file (word or excel). The text of email goes through but the
attachment will not show up on the recipients email system. Checking the sent
email all looks fine. I used Windows 2000 and also Windows XP.
 
Change your message format from Rich Text to HTML or Plain Text
