Why outlook2003 gets terminated if email contians Traditional Chin

Masters,

My outlook will pop up a error message and reboot if the email contains
Traditional Chinese charactors, all the east asian fonts have been loaded in
to the windows XP, thanks a lot.
 
Please give us more information:
- What is the error message in the pop-up?
- Does it *not* happen with other multibyte characters, e.g. Japanese?
- What Outlook version; what Windows version?

Also, does the Windows reboot occur automatically, and when does it
happen: when the message arrives, or when you try to open it?
