Did you highlight all the text before you insert the bullets?

No highlight !!

No, in fact, Even if I insert the I curser at the begging of the paragraph in front the line I want it to be bulleted only one bullet will appear at the first line of the paragraph, notice that I have created a new paragraph by pulling the new line to the end of the first line and then hit enter, which means I am sure I am creating a new paragraph, the only way I managed to solve the problem is by cutting the whole text from the old text box and then select any place on the slide and paste it to create an unedited text box with no styling at all, and then start my editing and text formatting etc. that is long way but the bulleting seems to work after all. Any suggestions for easer way? Thanks so much.
