Greetings --

First of all, you're doing a lousy imitation.

Secondly, the terms of the EULA _were_ brought to your attention
_before_ you made the purchase. Read the outside of the box.

Bruce,

It does not show the eula on computers that are boxed up.
Also, it does not show it on oem with the shrinkwrap.

I don't know if it really show on the outside of the retail box or
not. However, you can't read the box if you order from the internet.

Greg
P.S. I don't support piracy.

If you order from the internet and do not ask the appropriate
questions, you get what you order.
Whether it is what you thought you ordered may be another story.
Whose fault is it when someone orders OEM thinking it is retail?

Computers that are boxed.
Again were the appropriate questions asked?
What is the return policy on the boxed computer?
Most if not all have a return policy.

On the back of the retail box "For installation and use on one
computer"

Returns of all Microsoft software are easy within 30 days if you live
in North America.
I am not aware of a similar policy in other areas.
