Why my CD, DVD and USB reader doesn't autorun anymore?

Hi all,

I ignore why but in the past every time I put a CD, DVD or USB reader it
"autorun" automatically and the PC asked to "open file", "play", etc. Now
doesn't do it anymore.
Somebody can help me how to fix it again?

The tool you need should auto download when you open that webpage because it
says at the top of the page downloading. If you wait a few secs you are
prompted to save the AutoFix.exe file.
