Why is Outlook having to be installed each time I turn on comp?

I have to set all the settings each time I turn my computer on. I lose all
emails I've received and it's becoming a real pain. I have run virus scans
and have found some adware. Norton supposedly is taking it off, but it keeps
showing up every time I run it. What's causing Outloook to delete all the
settings? I even have to re-enter my email information. HELP!!!

Try starting with a new mail profile. Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add.
