I have 2 email profiles. Why am I losing msg's after reading in on

In one of my email profiles, every time I read a msg, I lose it. I don't
delete it but I can't find it. My other profile keeps all msg's even after
they have been read. What is happening? I do not have an archive folder and
both emails were set up the same. I am using Outlook Express and also have a
Blackberry tied into it for emails on both addresses. I need help please!
If I haven't deleted the msg's, they must be somewhere....are they?

This group is focused on Microsoft Outlook which is different from
Outlook Express. However, the links below should get you where
you need to be.

A good source of Outlook Express info can be found here:

Err Outlook EXPRESS doesn't use "Profiles". What email client are you
ACTUALLY using? (Do Help-About)...
