Why is my Personal Folders showing twice (identical sub-folders)?

My Personal Folders shows up twice under "All Mail Folders". The sub-folders
are also identical, such as "Inbox", etc. As a result, my Favorite Folders
also shows the Inbox twice, Sent Items twice, etc. The Outlook.pst file only
shows up once in the C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook file folder. I cannot close either of these two
duplicated Mail Folders or Outlook 2003 won't run. How do I close one of
these two Personal Folders?
