Why is my appointment reminder going to her junk mail folder?

I click on an appointment in Calendar to reminder user of our meeting. She
has Outlook 2003 and I use Outlook 2007. The appointment message appear in
her Junk Mail Folder. I added my email address to her Junk Mail (Tools,
Options). I then resent another appointment. The same thing happen.

verify your address is not on her blocked list.

I thought the Safe Sender list overrides the Blocked Sender list. Is that
untrue?

its supposed to but its worth verifying its not on both the safe and junk
lists or that it wasn't added to the wrong list accidently.
