I suspect that you've been misled by the Microsoft webpage. The first
alphabetical newsgroup is this one, for the database software Microsoft
Access. Since Access doesn't use "documents", I suspect you're actually using
a different program - Word perhaps?
If so scroll down the list of subject areas and repost in a group supporting
that program.
"Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003" is actually a collection
of several different products (Word 2003, Excel 2003, Outlook 2003 and
PowerPoint 2003). Like John, the fact that you're talking about "document"
makes me suspect that you're using Word 2003.
