why when i want to type it tells me "document is locked" ? how can i get rid

You didn't answer my next question. Did you pay for Office? It is not a
freebie. Check your receipt or read the list of software that came with your
computer. If it says "TRIAL" version of Office, you need to pay for it. A
very good indicator would be to look at how much you spent for your
computer. The Student and Teacher Edition of Office sold for $150. If you
bought a $500 computer, you didn't pay for Office. If you still aren't sure,
call your computer manufacturer and ask them.
