Why has email server rejected login error (0x800CCC922)

Outlook2003. Have been using and running for 12 months. Last night error
message "please enter network password" box keeps popping up. Error message
in subject box appears in accounts.

Hi,

Make sure we are typing the correct password as provided by your ISP.
If that is still not working, try changing the user name to complete email
address and then check if that works.

Also, go under Tools> Email ACcounts> View or change email accounts> and
check whether you have duplicate account settings for the same email address.
If you do, remove one of them.
