Why don't I receive all my emails?

I use to receive emails from a member of my family. Now I do not get them at
all from them. They can receive mine but I can't receive their's even if
they reply to mine. I have gone in and did a rules wizzard as well and still
nothing is working...please help me. I have no emails in my deleted folder,
I do not have a folder on this family memeber, so they can't be going there.
I just do not know what to do anymore. They are using the correct address.
Please help.

Hi Christine,

This particular newsgroup where you posted your question deals with
general questions about the database product called Access, which
is part of the Office family of products.

If you let me know what e-mail program you are using (Outlook/Outlook
Express) and what version I can point you to a more appropriate place
where you can post this question. That way you can be sure to receive
some help from knowledgeable people.

No problem, let's see if we can get you to the right place.

It looks like you are using the Microsoft Web Portal to post your
messages. If you start here:

http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx

- Expand the English section from the list at the left
- Expand the Office section on the tree
- Then expand the Outlook tree

You will see several groups devoted just to Outlook. I would re-post
your question in the General Questions forum. Make sure you tell
them what Outlook version you are using. I'm sure someone will be
able to help you there.

If you have trouble getting there, post back and I'll show you another
way.
