Why does worksheet print smaller?

When I go to print my spreadsheet it never fills up the page. No matter what
margins I have the spreadsheet is always off center and doesnt fill complete
page. I am printing on regular letter sized paper. I have selected that
size on the spreadsheet. I have also selected width and height to one page.
But when I print it, it is never the same size. Please help. Thanks.

The answer may be printer-independent, meaning what works for me may not work
for you cause we likely have different printers, but here's what I do :

1) Make sure that I'm printing only what I want. I set the print area by
highlighting the area I want printed then selecting FILE > PRINT AREA > SET
PRINT AREA
2) Then under the FILE > PRINT PREVIEW menu I have three choices I play with
1) Center the spreadsheet under SETUP > MARGINS tab > and check the
Horizontally and Vertically boxes.
2) Adjust the print size under SETUP > PAGE tab > and adjust the scaling
percentage.
3) Change the page orientation under SETUP > PAGE tab > and check either
portrait or landscape.

Play with these until you like what you see.
