Why does Word hang when I try to Open or Save as?

As mentioned in the subject I am getting a real headache using Word. I am
using Word 2002 SP3. It came bundled with Works when I bought the computer in
November.

When I try to open I get the 'Open documents' dialouge box but when I click
on a folder to open it the program hangs. When I try to 'save as' I don't
even get as far as a dialouge box, the program just hangs.

All the updates have been downloaded and installed, I don't know what else
to do now! I would be very grateful if anyone out there could help me! Thanks.

Interaction between some old software on your computer (possibly HP's
Share-to-web) and one of the updates is causing this. A probable solution is
here:
