Why does Welcome Screen Disappear?

I set my computer to show the welcome screen for user logon, but when my
husband uses it, and logs off, the welcome screen reverts to the login box.
How do I get the welcome screen to stay for both users? I am the
administrator and my husband is a limited user. Also, when I go to the
control panel and reset, I get a McAfee suspicious script alert for
"mshta.exe." What's that?

Maikat,

McAfee is probably preventing scripts from running in the local system.
Allow MSHTA.EXE to do it's job, and then enable the Welcome Screen again in
User accounts.
