Why Does the Synctoy folder show at startup?

When I restart my system the directory for Synctoy shows open on the screen.
Is there a way to stop this?
 
Did you find a solution to this problem? I can't find it in any Startup
folders or registry Run keys.
 
Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, it seems not to have cured the problem.
have you any other thoughts?
