Hello Rred,

Based on my experience, this problem may occur for several possible
reasons. Sometimes it may be difficult for us to locate the root cause of
this issue. I will try my best to help you and appreciate your efforts.

Let us perform the following tests. After each step, please test whether
this issue is resolved. If not, please continue to the next step.

Note: Since some anti-virus programs will cause unexpected application
conflicts, please temporarily remove any anti-virus programs completely on
your computer before we go any further.

Step 1: Outlook Safe Mode
---------------------------
Start Outlook with the "safe" switch to see if it works. When Outlook is in
Safe Mode, add-ins won''t be loaded. To run Outlook in Safe Mode, follow
the steps below:

1. On the Start menu, click Run.
2. Input "Outlook.exe /safe" (without the quotation marks) and click OK.

Step 2: Not using Word as email editor
---------------------------------------
1. In Outlook, click Tool -> Options.
2. In the "Mail Format" tab, uncheck the "Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit
e-mail messages" item, and click OK.

Step 3: Create a new email profile
-------------------------------
Let us create a new mail profile to test this issue so that we can isolate
the influence of corrupt email profile.

1. Create a new email profile.
2. Open Outlook in Safe Mode.

Step 4: Clean Boot Windows
------------------------------
If this issue continues, please boot the system into Clean Boot environment
so that we can isolate the influence of additional applications. After you
boot into Clean Boot environment, please start Outlook in Safe Mode to test
again.

If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.
