Outlook Closes Suddenly After Loading Inbox

I'm running Vista with latest SP installed and Outlook 2007. something
unexplained corrupted my .pst file about a week ago. I ran scanpst.exe
multiple times to get to no errors found, then ran it again with no errors
found again. Now when I open Outlook, it loads the Inbox and then closes
suddenly with no error message.

I don't know what to do next.
