Why does my original message disappear from my inbox when I reply.

All of the sudden when I reply to an email, the original message disappears
from my inbox. I don't know where they are going. Is there any way to stop
it from doing that?

Are you filtering your view? Click on View, Current View, and make sure that
Messages is ticked.
