Messages in Inbox Disappear

All the messages in my Inbox have disappeared - read and unread. If a
message comes into the Inbox and I don't read it immediately, it disappears.
The messages are not in my deleted box or any other box. Several people have
told me they sent messages to me this morning, but they are not in my Inbox.
I just received a message a few minutes ago but did not open it right away,
so it disappeared. Messages that I read yesterday but did not delete from
the Inbox are gone. There were messages that I need to reply to today, but
they have disappeared. Can anyone help?

Do you have autopreview on? If so, it could be that Outlook has been set to
mark an email as read after 5 seconds of autopreview. If you're filtering
mail to see only unread items, then everything is quickly marked as read and
won't be seen.
Click on View > Current View and make sure Messages is what's ticked.

If that doesn't solve the problem for you, please post back.

I went into Current View and Messages is what's ticked. Do you have anymore
suggestions? This is really driving me crazy!!!

Are your messages being moved into the junk mail folder? Do you have rules
set up to move mail?
Try opening outlook with the /cleanviews switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews
