why does microsoft suck at providing help?

Using multiple profiles in Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 5.5, where
does the user go to change their password?
With previous versions (outlook 2000) there was a "change password" button
at the login dialog after the user selected a profile.

They can not do CTRL+ALT+DEL because they are logged in as another user,
thus the need for *profiles*. I may not be seeing something somewhere - but
I'm not asking something stupid. It has to be changed in outlook or
otherwise some obscure place.

I have searched microsoft.com and read many of the resulting pages, ignoring
the irrelevant "password for .pst", "ISP password", etc. articles. Does
anyone know where this case is mentioned?

TIA

You really thought your Subject line would engender help? This is a peer
community of users helping other users. It is NOT a place to get free
Microsoft technical support. Enjoy getting ignored.

Thanks, I'm relishing the lack of responses! My post has nothing negative to
say about the people in this community.

The subject line stands, I read others on this form that say the same thing
(see 'HTML help' for one).
MS is real good at giving info on how to do the basic things, but the lack
on answers when it gets to someone with intermediate - advanced questions.

Sure there may be an answer to my question somewhere on microsoft.com, but
what use is it if you have to weed through literally hundreds of "what is a
pst" and "how do I change email addresses" articles?
