Why does FrontPage now bypass my hosting service password screen?

A few days ago, FrontPage changed it's startup behavior. It does not load the
last web loaded, in spite of the option being checked, and it does not ask me
for my password when downloading my web from Eartlink
 
It won't open the last web if you close it before you close FP

As of yesterday morning, it went back to it's original behavior. Go figure.
