I'm using ppt 2003. I recently had a presenation e-mailed to me. While the
slide master design was still visible the information on the page was not. I
believe it was graphics and text that were missing. The person who sent it to
me uses ppt 2000 and was able to open, view and forward the presentation
onto me. Any suggestions?

Open PPT and go to Help|Check for Updates. Install SP2 for Office 2003. That
should fix it.

That seemed to work. I can now open the presentation and see everything that
is supposed to be there. Thanks you very much!
