How do I e-mail a slide show developed in Power Point

C

CURLEY

I Created a slide show in power point. Now I want to e-mail it to a friend.
I tried to attache it to the e-mail like any other attachment but the whole
program transfered not just the slide show.

How can I just e-mail the slide show by it self?

From PowerPoint, open the presentation you want. Click File > Save as. Save
the presentation as a ppt or pps format. (for instance abc.pps)

Once you are done, open your email, compose a message and attached abc.pps.
Holler back if you are still having problem.

You need to reduce the size of your PowerPoint slideshow
Compress Pictures in PowerPoint:
Compress pictures in your presentation, then you can optimize the
size by compressing pictures.

Step1:click the picture to bring up the Picture Tools .

· Under the picture tool tab just Click Format.

· In the Adjust group click Compress Pictures.

Step2: on the Compress Pictures window choose the Options…

Step3: on the Compression Settings window:

· Compression options: automatically perform basic compression
on save and delete cropped areas of pictures.

· Target output: Choose E-mail (96 ppi) output to reduce the
size of PowerPoint Click ok.

He's answering any question at all in this case with a totally unrelated
answer just to get his link on the web. Maybe in future delete his link from
your reply!

For the record I tried ppt2dvd and was very uninpressed. Even if it was good
I would never buy from any company that uses blatent spam tactics.
