Transfer Master slide from e mail attachment to New Presentation

I have a master slide in an e mail attachment which I need to use in a new
Power Point 2003 presentation. How do I transfer it to the Power Point to
use as the Master slide? Step by step please.

Just open the file and start creating a new presentation. Be sure to save it
with the new name.
