Need help with Power Point

Sorry posted a few times but did not get any help. I am repeating my problem
which is, when I get an E-mail with .PPS extension (Power Point slide
show)
slide show + audio, the slide show will see but no audio, when I forward the
same
E-mail to my second computer there I have the slide show with audio. The
sound card
is fine plays any audio except the .pps extension. Using Microsoft Office
Power Point 2003,
tried to reinstall it but it is the same, OS Windows XP. Really would
appreciate for help or advise Fred

I see that you've posted three other times, and you've received responses
each time. Did those suggestions not work, or do they not show up in OE, or
what?

did not show up on OE

In your previous post, you indicated that previous suggestions didn't work.
If they didn't show up in OE, how do you know whether or not they worked?
Or if you know they didn't work, you must have been able to view them.

Suggestion: start over, tell us what specific things you've tried in an
attempt to correct the problem and what the results were.
