Can someone tell me why I get single quotation marks around contact names and
email addresses in the 'Sent' folder of Outlook 2003? It's more an annoyance
than a major problem. Depending how I have got the contact set up the 'to'
line will either say: 'John Smith' or '(e-mail address removed)'. The quotation
marks appear as I have shown - but only on some of the names. I can't figure
it out but maybe there's a good reason for it.
