Two days ago - my outlook stopped receiving emails from known associates.
They are not listed in my junk email files - Send/receive is occasionally
working - Two days ago, Client calls and has sent an email - two hours later
it appears. Today its just not downloading altogether. I've found my emails
in my ISP's webmail system. Junk mail has not problem appearing in this
account on outlook. Hotmail account works - also tied to my outlook in its
separate settings. I've rechecked my settings -ISP verified addresses -
tested and those emails are being sent to ISP webmail address - not
downloading in outlook. ISP - states to reload my account to reset - but
states I may loose my files - how can I avoid this without having to
export/import all my files? Or is there something I'm missing?
