why did i recive this

sorry dont know if this is the right place to post this or not . but can
anyone tell me why i recived thhis message.. to help protect your computer
windows has closed this program... generic host process for win 32 service..
this message tha appeared twice now while i have been in the same progrsm
and havent a clue what its about .. is there anything i need to do.. thank
you.
