Why can't Outlook "find" MS Word to edit an email message?

Just recently, when I try to respond to an email message, Outlook pops up a
error message stating, "This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but
Word is either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in nthe
Outlook editor instead." I don't remember making any changes to Word or its
location on my hard drive. How do I fix this?

I followed the instructions on the link, but I got the message that the load
library failed-The specified module could not be found. But I went back and
tried to reply to a message again in Outlook and MS Word opened properly as
the editor. Is it possible this is an intermittent problem, and will running
repair find it?

If that doesn't work do a repair on Office
